Whether you are looking for a place to relax, soak in some sun, get some exercise, or swim, the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) Aquatics Center is a must visit location on campus. The heated swimming pool is a gathering place for friends to try out the various activities the Aquatics Center offers.
The spa offers a sense of escape from stress and a social hub for those days when an exam is all a student can think about. If neither of those seems appealing, try out the newly remodeled sand volleyball court with friends for a little competition and team building. No matter what you are looking for on a day off, the SRWC Aquatics Center has a way to provide a much-needed stress relief and a break from class.
For those that are looking to get comfortable in the water or want to refine their swimming skills, the SRWC Aquatics Center provides private and group swim lessons as well as CPR certification classes through the Red Cross. Provided by lifeguard and water safety certified students, swim lessons are a powerful tool for members to learn the basics and become water safe or get back in shape. CPR classes are an amazing way to be prepared in an emergency and possibly save a life. In order to sign up for a class, please visit asirecreation.org/aquatics or use the SRWC Go app. The SRWC Aquatics Center is the perfect place to relax, exercise, or enjoy the wonderful weather of Southern California.
