Join our evening of wellness by participating in one of our yoga or meditation classes or hang out in our wellness area with hammocks, chair massage, foam rolling, spa water and more.
Donate one can of food for each hour of participation or (5) cans of food and be in the opportunity drawing of a $100 Lululemon gift.
*Food donations will be given to our campus food pantry.

Stop by the SRWC center to pick up a healthy snack (bananas, apples and Kind bars) to nourish your body before or after a workout or between your classes.

Take time for yourself in our hammocks indoors. Attendees will be provided with opportunites to participate in free relaxing activities.

Thursday, October 3rd: 4 pm-4:30 pm - Tips to Improve your Sleep Habits: Find out ways to improve your sleep quality and catch more zzzz.

Thursday, November 7th: 4 pm-4:30 pm - Understanding Your Food Relationship: Learn methods to establish a more positive relationship with food and reject the diet mentality. Tips to a Better Sleep: Find out ways to improve your sleep quality and catch more zzzz.

Thursday, December 5th: 4pm-4:30pm - Stress Less: Perfect for finals around the corner, learn ways to cope and manage stress so you can ace your exams!

  • Location: SRWC Beach Balance - Wellness Room

In collaboration with the SRWC fitness department, a personal trainer will teach you massage and posture correctino techniques to do at home. Do you slouch? Maybe you have texter’s neck? This class will help you achieve better posture and utilize our massage therapy tools to treat yourself.

Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with Beach Balance’s rotating Daily Wellness Activities! Each day of the week features a themed experience designed to help students decompress, reflect and recharge. Activities rotate monthly to keep things fresh, engaging and seasonally relevant.

Here’s a preview of the wellness activities you can expect:

  • Soundscape Sanctuary – Relax with rotating nature soundtracks and guided meditations.
  • Sensory Canvas – Soothe your senses with ambient music, light snacks and DIY creations like slime and stress balls.
  • Beats & Pieces – Enjoy lo-fi hip hop while working on puzzles, legos or diamond art.
  • Kindness Rocks – Paint and share kindness rocks while listening to soft rock; take one, leave one, or add one to our collection.
  • Coastal Clarity – Reflect and reset with journaling, vision boarding and goal setting, all set to calming bossa nova and coffeehouse jazz.
