Description

Learn how to manage stress with breathing exercises, visualization and body sensing. The breath patterns are choreographed to the beat of the music, which is great for beginners to follow. The first 30 participants will receive a FREE eye pillow! Please arrive by 5:10 p.m., as we will not be taking late arrivals. After 5:10 p.m. we will begin accepting students in the stand-by line.

Registration is FREE via the SRWC GO app or by using the QR code on this poster.

Spots are limited to the first 35 students. If you signed up but are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation to allow other students the opportunity to attend.
