Session One- 2/12-3/22; Session Two- 3/25-5/10
Instructional Classes at the SRWC are specialized fitness classes taught by
professionals in the industry who may have more trainings and certifications
than other instructors. These classes are reduced to a limited number of
participants to create an environment that facilitates a learning outcome.
Instructional classes range from boxing to popular fitness regimes like the
Total Body Work, and are offered to SRWC members only at a nominal fee.

To participate, wristbands are required and are available for purchase at the Pro Shop for $10.
