The Annual Fitness Challenge is an event that will test your overall speed, agility, and strength.The program consists of five challenges designed to demonstrate your physical strength and motivate you to continue to work out and improve your physical health. The challenges will include: vertical jumps, jam ball slams, plank holds, push-ups, and a t-test. Each participate and winner will walk away with a prize so sign up today at our Fitness Desk!
