Yoga for Mental Health Thursdays, 5 to 6 p.m. SRWC Farber Fitness Learn yoga and meditation practices that improve mental health, boost emotional well-being and promote academic success! Each class includes physical yoga practice, breathing exercises and guided meditation. Our meditations and breathing exercises will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to help you relax and stay focused on your coursework, while our yoga flows will help improve your posture. Return each week to learn about new mindfulness philosophies such as affirmations and visualization techniques. Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged! After each class, attendees will be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a yoga bundle, a $25 49er Shops gift card or a $10 Shake Smart gift card. The more classes you attend, the more entries you receive!

This event is open to all genders. Must participate in the program to use the weight floor during this hour. Individuals that may require help acclimating to the strength floor are also welcome. First 75 participants receive a FREE T-SHIRT
