Learn how to do Taekwondo! This program focuses on traditional taekwondo techniques while incorporating supplemental strength/flexibility exercises. In this class you will learn the basic taekwondo kicks, blocks, and strikes. The goal is to improve your self-defense skills while also getting a full-body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished by the end of each class.
