Ab Burner
30 minutes of ab crunching madness. This class incorporates a variety of
abdominal exercises to strengthen the core.
Body Sculpt
This class is designed to give your entire body an awesome workout. Tone
& strengthen your body with a variety of dumbbell, barbell, resistance
band & core exercises along with a cardio workout set to music.
Butts & Guts
Tone your abs, legs and glutes. This class incorporates abdominal, leg,
and hip exercises to target those trouble areas.
Cardio Kickboxing
Not a contact class. Build endurance, tone muscles, and increase agility
by using punching and kicking combinations set to music. The class will
also use kick paddles and resistance bands. No experience necessary.
Dance Fitness
This class focuses on cardio and strength training thru dance routines.
Flow Yoga
Flow yoga includes the movement styles that emphasize physical postures
or asanas. Iyengar and Ashtanga are both forms of Hatha Yoga.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is appropriate for students who enjoy and desire a slower
paced yoga practice. These classes will allow students to gain strength
and flexibility at your own pace with safety and alignment as the main
focus.
Get on the Ball & Sculpt
This fun and challenging class incorporates all components of fitness:
cardio, resistance training, balance and flexibility-providing
participants with the ULTIMATE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT EXPERIENCE.
H.I.T.(High Intensidty Training)
This class will combine strength, flexibility, speed and coordination
training. Be prepared to jump, squat, lunge, push, crunch and sweat!
Mindful Muscle
A full-body muscle conditioning workout that begins and ends with
mindfulness meditation. Start your day with intention by creating
positive headspace and challenging your body.
Outdoor Yoga
Enjoy yoga, outside, on the grass, & under the trees. This class is the
perfect blend of movement & relaxation. We begin with an opening
meditation & breathing exercise, continues through vinyasa flows &
strength building exercises. We cool down with gentle hip & shoulder
stretches and end with guided meditation & savasana. Every body and all
levels welcome.
Open Bag Training
Open bag hours are for students to come train on the bags as they wish.
The room is open to all students and will have access to gloves. Even if
you do not have a background in boxing or martial arts there will always
be a trainer on hand in the room to teach you what boxing is all about.
These hours are welcoming to people of all skill levels and we encourage
everyone to check it out at least once! Hand wraps are required, but, if
you do not have any, they can be purchased for $10 at the fitness desk.
Sculpt & Sweat
This is a high energy, fast-paced class that combines elements of both
strength and cardio to ensure a total body workout. Modifications will
be presented, all levels welcome. Let's work hard and have some fun!
Pilates Mat
Enjoy this challenging mat class, focusing on building strong abdominals
and the lower back. Use the mind-body connection to perform concentrated
movements, and improve strength, alignment, coordination and muscular
symmetry.
Yoga for Mental Health
Learn yoga and meditation practices that improve mental health, boost
emotional well-being and promote academic success! Each class includes
physical yoga practice, breathing exercises and guided meditation. Our
meditations and breathing exercises will stimulate your parasympathetic
nervous system to help you relax and stay focused on your coursework,
while our yoga flows will help improve your posture. Return each week to
learn about new mindfulness philosophies such as affirmations and
visualization techniques.
Power Yoga
The vinyasa flow style yoga is a powerful and dynamic system that
combines asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), and meditation. This
vigorous flow class creates heat and sweat, builds strength and stamina,
and moves you into deeper levels of flexibility and mental focus. The
class will offer challenging postures, variations and sequences. All
levels are welcome, and be prepared to sweat!

An innovative blend of strength, yoga, and interval training.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a meditative breath centered practice that aims at
reducing stress and tension. You will alternate between longer held
postures and slow mindful movements, which help free the tightness in
your muscles while leaving you with a feeling of well being. The
practice is primarily done on the floor, with an emphasis on props to
support your poses. A great class to counter the negative effects of our
stress based quick paced culture. All levels and beginner friendly
class.
Spin
An indoor-cycling program using a high-performance fully adjustable and
stationary racing bike. The fundamental techniques and positions
presented in Spinning have been carefully selected to ensure a safe,
fun, and effective workout for every participant and fitness level.
Spin / Yoga
Combine your two favorite classes into one! Join this class and
participate in a class that fuses spinning and flow yoga.
U-Jam
This class is an athletic hip-hop dance fitness workout for all ages and
fitness levels. U-Jam unites world beats and urban rhythm with high
energy and easy to follow moves. You will be addicted after your first
class!
Wuenderball
Wuenderball is the perfect one-hour double workout, combining
high-intensity cardio with muscle and core conditioning! Participants
utilize an exercise ball, to engage different muscle groups and get in
shape quickly.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is a total body workout. This class complements your regular
yoga practice while boosting metabolism and increasing strength and
flexibility. Free weights are added to the yoga sequence creating
resistance and intensifying each pose.
Zumba
A fusion of Latin dance that combines motivating music with unique moves
and combinations that allow Zumba participants to dance away their
worries.
Zumba HIT's
Zumba HIIT’s is a high energy cardio class that incorporates toning,
HIIT routines and energetic dancing on beat to hip-hop, dancehall and
Latin music. This fun class takes the “work” out of a workout by
bringing people together for a dance party atmosphere as a workout in
disguise. All skill levels are welcome!
Yoga Zone
30 minutes of body sculpt followed by 30 minutes of yoga
HIIT 30
Short on time? Join HIIT30, a 30 minute moderate to hard intensity
workout led by ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Cecilia Guerrero. This
class is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and improve heart health -
even during your busy schedule. Come ready to sweat!
2Fit2Hit
Do you have limited time to workout? Do you want to burn hundreds of
calories in a short amount of space? Then come train with NASM Certified
Trainer Sean Anthony as he will push you to your fitness limits and get
your heart rate pumping and your blood flowing as he focuses on
improving your cardiovascular ability with a mix of high intensity
exercises that will make the short time you are with him feel like an
hour and a half of solid success!
Latin Dance Cardio
Get your cardio in as we dance it out to Latin hits following choreographed fitness routines of Salsa,
Merengue and Cumbia. 45 minutes of heart-pumping fun meant for a full-body tone and a great calorie
burn. Come dressed in your favorite workout outfit and bring your water and a towel.
Pop Dance Cardio
Get your cardio in as we dance it out and unleash our inner pop star through choreographed fitness
routines to the greatest pop hits. 45 minutes of dance fitness made to feel like a dance party that’s
good for the body and soul. Come dressed in your favorite workout outfit and bring your water and a
towel.
Guided Meditation
45 minutes of guided meditation and relaxation.
Outdoor Bootcamp
A high-intensity, new-age outdoor exercise program using old age equipment. This class was made specifically for individuals looking to reach new limits in strength and endurance while using unique modalities, such as heavy sandbags, tires, ropes, outdoor sleds, etc. Come join the fun at the East Lawn area! Access the East Lawn through the Rock wall area.
